These Terms govern your use of EldoSeller ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
EldoSeller is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Eldorado. We are not Eldorado.gg, we do not speak for them, and they are not responsible for EldoSeller. Any reference to "Eldorado" or "Eldorado.gg" is for identification and compatibility only. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
EldoSeller provides software features (for example dashboards, notifications, and optional automation) that may interact with your Eldorado seller account when you choose to connect credentials or API tokens. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You are responsible for the security of your EldoSeller login and for any activity under your account. When you connect Eldorado, you represent that you are allowed to use those credentials or tokens and that doing so complies with Eldorado's terms, policies, and any applicable laws. We do not guarantee that Eldorado will permit or continue to permit any integration method.
You will not use the Service to violate the law, harass others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third parties' systems, or circumvent security. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or risk to the Service or other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party platforms (including Eldorado.gg), payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELDOSELLER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES APPLIED, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100)). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
You agree to defend and indemnify EldoSeller and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights—including disputes between you and Eldorado or your buyers—except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Paid plans are billed according to the checkout flow you complete. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
